Advertisement + Selection process (Service Level 2)

This level of service includes the basic advertisement. Once we have gone through all the cv's of the applicants, we choose the top 5 and proceed to interview them. When the selection process is complete, only the applicant most suitable for the position shall be provided.

Social Media Campaign (Bonus)

Along with having your vacancy on the platform, we recommend running a social media campagne for the advertisement. Why should we advertise on here?: The Interjobs Recruitment job posting platform aims at filling vacancies only on the Caribbean islands, starting with Sint Maarten! Here you have the opportunity to post your jobs and attract your desired target audience.
How are you going to find candidates?: The platform itself is advertised via social media, this means that potential candidates are sent to the platform via instagram posts or specific target adds. From there, they can create an account, view all the available jobs and apply to them!
What makes Interjobs different?: Our platform allows everyone to make an account and upload their CV. This is not necessarily different but you can view your status for an application via the dashboard. On top of that, businesses can register their account by us and post jobs. You only pay for the advertisement and then have unlimited access to all info from those that apply. This means that there are no extra fees once you sign a colleague.
What if HR is too busy to select a candidate?: No worries! We offer the possibility to advertise and do the selection process internally or have it done by us. We interview five candidates that have the most potential and then provide the best fitting colleague. It is then still your choice if you would like to interview them again or even select a different candidate out of the various options.
